Buddyism :P

I am not sure if there is such a word but i guess the word gives you a drift of what i am talking about.I have cribbed about my workplace and working on weekends in my past blogs(yea,this place is filled with my cribbing :D ).I had a small team and it was kinda boring to work in isolation.But,past few weeks the team has grown a lot.But,alas a  new problem ,there is not a gal apart from me in the team.So,I am now privy to buddyism talk and sometimes believe me it gets on to your nerves.So,this made me think "Does your gender matter at workplace" .I guess most of you will tell that not really as long as one is efficient.Thankfully its true today in today's world .Working women are no longer a stigma.They know how to balance work and life ..yeah yeah ,you have heard it all before.But,if you unlucky enough to be in field where are very few women,you get caught in new syndrome called 'buddyism'.Guys constantly  talk about smoking,drinking ,girls and what n all..!!I am really not sure how does one react to such talk..lol..I am learning slowing,to be one of the guys.But miss those gossips on clothes,shopping and actresses ;) .Hope some gal joins in..
